Update endpoint

This server answers the Tauri updater. The endpoint to configure is:

https://updates.novawire.dev/novawire/{{target}}/{{arch}}/{{current_version}}

For scripts

• /api/v1/releases — every release, including what was withheld and why
• /api/v1/version — what this server is and how it is configured
• /api/v1/check?version=0.1.0&target=windows-x86_64 — the update check, in JSON
• /healthz — a liveness probe

Catalog notes

• warning — '/releases' could not be listed: Access to the path '/releases' is denied. /releases
• info — no releases were found under '/releases', so every update check will answer 204 /releases
